The exceptional customer service shone through when the reception staff kindly reached out to check my arrival time and graciously waited for me. The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere that caters to families. The spacious parking and extensive grounds provided a secure and tranquil environment for my young daughter to explore. Our cozy room comfortably accommodated us, allowing us to unwind and recharge. Breakfast was a highlight with ample portions and excellent coffee-perfect for fueling the day ahead. The family-run restaurant served delightful meals at reasonable prices, ensuring everyone was satisfied. Folwark is an ideal stop for families, and I look forward to returning on our next trip along the Germany-Poland route.
